When is the hotel open?
- We will reopen for the Long Weekends of Spring from April 25 to May 01
- For the Summer Season from May 18 to September 15
- For events at the Rimini Expo Center from October to March (TTG-SUN-SIA | ECOMONDO | SIGEP | KEY ENERGY)
BOOKING AND BOARD BASES
What board bases can be booked?
You can book a stay with the following board bases:
- Room only (in CALDERONE vacation apartments, all year round)
- Bed and breakfast (in all opening periods)
- Half board with beach included (from May 18 to September 15)
- Full board with beach included (until June 22 and from September 01)
If I book with bed&breakfast basis, is the beach service included?
NO, it is possible to book bed and breakfast and add beach service at our beach Lido TALISMANO 72A at a special price for our Guests.
Is it possible to book with half board and full board without beach service?
Yes, it is possible by taking advantage of a discount of 4 Euro per day/per person paying a full rate.
What meals does half board include?
BREAKFAST and DINNER are normally included.
- Until June 22 and from September 01, it is possible to choose LUNCH instead of DINNER.
- From June 23 to August 31, HALF BOARD includes DINNER only.
Is it possible to book full board in the summer months?
NO, from June 23 to August 31, only HALF BOARD is available, with the possibility of
ordering take-out or have extra dishes delivered to the beach.

How does the service that allows to order lunch during the period from June 22 to September 01 work?
- You can reserve dishes until 1 p.m. to be picked up at the bar of the hotel (take-out) or have them delivered under your beach umbrella (delivery)
- Delivery is available from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m.
- Beverages are not included
Is it possible to book in the residence and enjoy meals at the hotel?
- It is possible to book breakfast at a cost of 10 Euro per person (5 Euro for children).
- Until JUNE 22 and from SEPTEMBER 01, it is possible to book LUNCH at the hotel.
- From JUNE 23 to AUGUST 31 it is not possible to book DINNER, unless tables are available
What are the breakfast times?
- Until JUNE 22 and SEPTEMBER 01 from 07:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- From 23 JUNE to 31 AUGUST from 07:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- During the exhibitions from 07:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- After these times it is possible to receive a continental breakfast at the tables of the bar
What are the lunch times in the dining room?
Until JUNE 22 and from SEPTEMBER 01 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
What are the dinner times in the dining room?
From 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
How does breakfast service work in the dining room?
- If you take advantage of the bed&breakfast service, the staff will take you to the free tables.
- If you booked with half board or full board, you can sit at the usual table assigned to you by our staff the moment you arrived
- We offer hot beverages made on the spot (coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, hot chocolate) served at the table by our staff
- You can also help yourself at our fantastic automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine (recipes with fresh milk also available)
- For all other sweet and savory treats you can take advantage of the rich self-service buffet
How does lunch and dinner service work in the dining room?
- We serve a 4-course menu (appetizer, first course, second course, dessert/fruit) at the table. You can choose from 3 meat/fish first and second courses.
- Drinks on tap served by our staff are included (mineralized water, local white/red wine, orange soda, cola)
- For organizational reasons, we do not prepare specific dishes for food intolerances of various kinds.
- In case of allergies, it is not possible to order alternative dishes.
In case of absence or inability to enjoy a meal, are there any refunds/reimbursements?
- Meals not eaten will not be refunded. They can only be replaced with packed lunches, if necessary.
- It is not possible to let other people enjoy meals not previously eaten by you.
- At the discretion of management, in case you arrive in the evening, meals not eaten may possibly be enjoy on the day of departure.
- It is not possible order extra dishes with take-out or delivery service on the beach in place of the dinner not enjoyed
Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
Pets are not allowed in the dining room. However, it is possible to have lunch/dinner on the veranda or in the bar area with them, weather permitting.

What is the difference between the rooms in the Campeador building (on the seafront), and the rooms in the El Cid building (next to the Campeador)?
- All the rooms at the CAMPEADOR have balconies overlooking the sea or facing the sea, but they are smaller, so they are more suitable for couples or families with a small child;
- Some of the rooms at the EL CID have a sea view and some have a view of the hill. They are more spacious, so they are more suitable for families with 2 children;
- ALL were renovated at the same time.
What is the difference between "sea view" rooms and "balcony" rooms?
SEA VIEW rooms have a side view of the sea, BALCONY rooms have a view of the hill.
Is it true that the bathrooms are small?
Yes, most bathrooms are small and have a bidet shower instead of a bidet, or they have the bidet inside the shower stall.
What types of rooms are spacious and have large bathrooms?
We have room types suitable for families looking for comfort, such as FAMILY, SUPERIOR and DELUXE types, all located in the CAMPEADOR building.

If I arrive before the check-in time, what services can I already use?
While you wait for your accommodation to be available:
- You can park within the premises of the hotel
- You can submit your documents (if not already done online)
- It is possible to have breakfast
- You can enjoy the beach service from 7:30 a.m.
- You can enjoy the pool service from 9 a.m.
- You can enjoy the hot tub service
How does the limited traffic zone (ZTL) work?
- On the San Salvador seafront, the limited traffic zone (ZTL) is active 24/7 from EASTER to SEPTEMBER.
- Our Guests have free access to the Limited Traffic Zone to reach and leave the hotel
- From 8 p.m. to midnight, access to the ZTL is prohibited to motorcycles
- Registration of the license plate number must take place within 72 HOURS after access to the ZTL
How can I register the license plate number of my car?
We'll take care of it:
- You can give us the license plate number online at the time of booking, and we will register it
- You can also give it to us after you arrive at the hotel, and we will register it
In what parking spaces is it possible to park at the hotel?
- Any parking space in the entire private area surrounding the hotel is available to our Guests
- The entire area is under video surveillance for security purposes

When do I have to settle the bill?
For accounting purposes, please settle the bill by the evening before your departure.
After checking out, what services can I still use?
After check-out time, it is not possible to enjoy all the services of the hotel anymore, so:
- The parking lot, the swimming pool, the hot tub area, the play area.
- Beach service ends the evening before check-out.
Is it possible to continue using the parking lot after checking out?
It is available for a fee, subject to availability.
Is it possible to use the pool and hot tub service on the day of check-out?
It can be used free of charge upon request by contacting the reception desk.
Is it possible to use the beach service on the day of check-out?
It is available for a fee, subject to availability.

What is included in the late check-out service?
It is possible to extend until 6 p.m., subject to availability, the reservation of the room you booked at a cost of 20 euros per person. Included in the cost are:

Is it possible to reserve a beach umbrella in the first rows?
Yes, it is possible to reserve the first rows for an additional fee, subject to availability:
- 1st ROW 4 Euro per day/person
- 2nd ROW 3 Euro per day/person
Are beach towels provided?
Yes, free beach towels are available for those taking advantage of the beach service:
- One towel per reserved sunbed
- Changed every week
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
- At the beach, dogs are allowed to access and stay at the bathing establishments with a "dog area," or at the public beaches (next to ours).
- If the dog is small, and is kept under the beach umbrella, the access to the beach is generally not a problem.

How do meals work for young children?
- Upon request, we prepare broths and vegetable purees that we serve before the main meals
- We provide all useful equipment for baby food in the kitchenette for mothers
- We can provide and heat the milk needed at all hours
